Madeleen Mulder
Madeleen Mulder has over 20 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer across industries and continents. This experience enables her to bring a rare, global perspective to the evolving intersection of law, business, society, and culture. Madeleen obtained her MBA Degree from the Rotterdam School of Management, which experience deepened her commitment to systemic innovation – an approach she believes begins within each of us as individuals.
In response to the profound shifts reshaping our world, Madeleen has emerged as a thought-leader on some of the issues facing the future of legal practice. She explores the mindsets, skills and frameworks that legal professionals need to stay future-fit and guide their organisations on sustainable paths towards excellence and ethics.
Through Madeleen’s speaking, writing, and tailored training, she is able to share practical tools and visionary insights. By merging strategic foresight with creative thinking, Madeleen inspires lawyers and other professionals to become agents of meaningful, systemic change – reimagining their role within a transformed legal system to meet the demands of our complex contemporary times.
